Resplendent, Sparkling, Inspiring, Beautiful and Peaceful are some of the words often used to describe Touch Independent Recording Artist Queen Diva whose Electronica/Dance/Gospel House single "Just Ordinary People" has been on the Top 10 Reverbnation.com Electronica/Dance chart in Houston, TX for 2 consecutive years! Starting in September 2011 "Just Ordinary People" will be the official theme song for Amar Action hosted by Amar Taborn in Hollywood, CA. She was honored to serve as the 2011 National Spokesperson for Integrity Beauty Women of Excellence Christian Women Network and the 2011 Inaugural Integrity Beauty Woman of Grace. Integrity Beauty Women of Excellence Christian Women Network for Christian Pageant and Professional Women who would like to share their life’s testimony to others by creating a platform to assist misguided people to be inspired toward accepting Christ into their lives. Integrity Beauty was created in memory of Mrs. Helen L. Albert, RN, who was the 1^st African American Registered Nurse in Warren-Trumbull County in Warren, Ohio. She was an awesome woman of God who wore a crown everywhere she went graciously. Today we wear our “crowns and sashes” in honor of Mrs. Albert who knew she was a “Daughter of the Most High King of Kings!”

As an example of successful teamwork between an independent label and a recording/performing artist, I have chosen to brighten the spotlight on QUEEN DIVA, whose dedication and active paricipation with TOUCH Independent Records, has promoted our brand, continues to build a solid fan base for the artist, and has earned positive reviews and recognition from industry professionals and fans alike. From this experience, I can suggest that the relationship between creative parties forming a team from the beginning to give birth to an original artistic project is worth continuing throughout the business process to reach dynamic peaks and to motivate and support all participants to persevere to overcome obstacles. With this attitude of commitment and cooperation, the chances of climbing and reaching peak performances greatly multiply to compete in an ever changing social networking driven society and economy. Limited by budget yet driven by will power, entrepreneurs and performing artists are proving that despite the obvious roadblocks, networking and teamwork are key building blocks to develop dreams for "Just Ordinary People"
